Assalamualaikum dan Salam 1 Malaysia. Keputusan DiGiWWWOW Awards 2012 telah diumumkan dan seperti biasa tak lekang dari kontroversi apabila ada keputusan yang kurang memuaskan dan it’s strange. Pada mulanya saya menyangka pihak juri bias, tapi biar lah, perkara itu terletak di tangan mereka – mereka untuk memilih siapa pemenang.
Lagipun cara pemilihan DiGiWWWOW Awards 2012 bermula dengan pengundian untuk 50 terbaik, disusuli daripada 50 terbaik itu, pihak juri akan memilih 10 terbaik pula. Disitu, Top 10 yang terpilih perlu mengirimkan beberapa dokumen dan video untuk dinilai kemudian 5 terbaik dipilih. Pemenang akan diumumkan di pentas DiGiWWWOW Awards 2012 berdasarkan pemilihan oleh juri terpilih dan bukan dikira daripada undi terbanyak.
Blog Syahril Hafiz memang dari awal malas nak join benda (DiGiWWWOW Awards 2012) ni pun, lagipun berapa ramai sangat pengikut setia blog ni kan? Kita syok sendiri sudahlah, tapi saya sentiasa menyokong rakan blogger yang tak putus – putus membodek DiGi sendiri hehehe. Maklumlah secara peribadi ramai yang anggap Y? Amanz.MY tidak dinobat sebagai pemenang kategori Lowyat Fav Tech Head sebaliknya blog underdog. Baca balik artikel baru di blog tersebut, beliau sendiri pun tak menyangka. Congratz to him la

Dear Top 10 Finalists of the DiGi WWWOW Awards 2012,
First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the confusion and the late response to this. Initially we wanted to open the invites to the awards nights to all top ten finalists for every category but because of various constraints, the invite was only extended to the top 5 finalists that the judges have chosen.
Earlier on we had requested for various items such as screen captures, video links etc, which was mentioned will be used as part of the video montage which will be screened on the awards night. The items that you have submitted to us kindly was also used for the judging process as well. Please do not feel like the effort you had put in was in vain.
We would like to apologize once again if you feel like you have been misguided and kept in the dark from what is happening. It is not our intention to do so. We would also like to thank many of you for your input on how things should have been better and we will definitely take note of your suggestions and feedback to improve in the future.
Finally, as a token of appreciation and recognition, we would like to mail to you a certificate of participation as being one of the top ten finalist for your respective category. Therefore, we would like to request for your home address so we can post the certificate over. Please also include the name (or names) you would want to reflect on the certificate.
